We use established truck brokers in McMinnville. We will contact each one of them to get the best shipping cost for you.
If your order is not enough to fill a semi, that is ok. If we have a customer that is close to you, we will contact them about an order so that you can share a load. We also have our own straight trucks that have 24' beds.
If you have your own carrier, we will need at least 48 hours advance notice before your truck is expected to arrive. We will schedule you a time for pick-up.
The first thing we will ask you for upon ordering is for directions to where you want the plant material delivered. The trucks often leave here in the late evening or in the middle of the night.
After order confirmation, we will fax you an info sheet regarding shipping. You will have to have a check ready for the shipping upon delivery and the check will not be made out to us. EXCEPTION: If we are shipping on our straight trucks, the shipping check will be made to us. The shipping will still need to be paid upon delivery.
