There are several ways to order from us. The first is to order directly from this site. Simply 'click' on the add to cart button and then 'click' on the size you are wanting. You will be prompted to select a quantity. You can then 'click' the order button or you can print the order and fax it to us. Once we receive your order, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to begin the order process.
You can also fax it to us. Our fax number is 931-668-3546.
Another option is to simply call us. (If it is over 4-5 items, we preferred it to be faxed.) Once the order is written up, we will send it to you for your review and your signature.
When you receive our confirmation, you will need to sign the confirmation and return to us. During this time, we will send you a 'Shipping Information Form'. It will let you know what your shipping cost will be. For first time orders, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit with balance COD.
The day before the load is to be shipped, we will send a fax reminding you of the shipping cost. You will need to have a check prepared for that amount for the driver.
We load trucks the night before it is delivered. Once the truck is loaded, we will send you the invoice via fax. The driver may not always have a completed invoice. Please use the invoice that we have faxed you to check quantities. After you have received your load, please sign and fax back the invoice.
